At Norvel (www.norvel.in), operated by Norvel Technologies Private Limited, we aim to offer transparent policies for all users. Please read this policy carefully before making payments.

1. Wallet Recharges

  • Users recharge their Norvel wallet to buy credits and unlock platform features like mentor voice calling.
  • All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable under any conditions.
  • Wallet balances are restricted solely to eligible features and mentor calls on Norvel.
  • We do not apply auto-recurring billing or automatic subscription plans.

2. Refund Guidelines

Once a wallet recharge transaction is completed, we are unable to process refunds, credit reversals, or cash withdrawals.

Please review your selection, coins amounts, and intended services carefully before confirming your payment.

3. Account Cancellation or Deletion

  • If you delete or cancel your Norvel profile, all remaining wallet credits are permanently forfeited.
  • Remaining balances are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or sent to another user profile.
  • We strongly advise spending all remaining wallet credits before submitting an account deletion request.

4. Responsibility & Policy Updates

It is your responsibility to secure your account credentials and use your wallet balance for eligible services before requesting account deletion.

Norvel reserves the right to amend this policy at any point; updates will be posted to this page. Continued usage indicates agreement to the modified policy.
