• • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and register details on Norvel.
• • You are responsible for keeping account credentials safe and for all activities under your profile.
• • Abusive behavior, spamming, or violating guidelines may result in immediate account suspension.

■ 4. Payments & Billing

Accessing paid features requires adding credits to your Norvel wallet, processed through secure payment gateways. All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
